"This hotel is a picturesque beach front resort. The pearl suite villa is amazing. I will admit i was disappointed that trees blocked what would be an amazing ocean view, but everything else about the property made up for that.
Unfortunately my 5 star review is tarnished by restaurant waiters with coughs serving food and a bad spa experience. Our couples massage was interrupted by a sick masseuse coughing in our ear. Id probably let this go if i didn't bring home this sickness with me :("
"The best resort in Phu Quoc.
We are going to make another reservation for this winter. That's how much we enjoyed it.
A fun and unique concept with excellent maintenance, service, food & beverage.
The location was also important for me. Personally, I prefer An Thoi area to Long Beach.
Thank you to Manager Phoung who took good care of us, and Instructor Ha for a wonderful yoga experience by the beach during sunrise."
"Very quaint hotel. The staff is very attentive, friendly and helpful. The beach is clean and private. The restaurant on property is quite good and I would recommend it."
"5 star hardware but 2 star service. This is the first time I’ve experienced no beach towels in a 5-star beachfront resort. Staffs walking around but don’t take your orders, kept avoiding eye contacts and simply don’t want to serve "
"Beautiful resort. The staff were all friendly polite and professional. Customer service was excellent.
I would stay again and highly recommend.
I will note it is a bit off the beaten path. So rent a motor bike or get a taxi which they will set up for you. If you want to go somewhere.

Amazing - will definitely be coming back :)
"Having spent a whole week (21-28/04)at Vinpearl Resort and Spa in Phu Quoc, this is the newest and most beautiful Vinpearl resort that we have been to, and we are very grateful for all the kindness, hospitality and services that we are have received during our stay.
The beach is amazing, clean, well-looked after, with life-guard on duty from dusk to dawn.
Free regular (and on time) Vinbus services back and forth to amazing places like Grand World, VinWonders and Vin Safari makes it even a more wonderful experience to stay at Vinpearl Phu Quoc resort !
The Resort has a nice ,clean and gigantic swimming pool for all the guests to enjoy. The only comment we would make here is that for certain months of the year (e.g. April) the pool water is just TOO WARM. It would be great if Management could test the temperature of the pool and try to keep it below 30 degree Celsius
The buffet breakfast at the Shell restaurant is rich, plentiful and delicious !
Last but not least: the view from our Deluxe Ocean-view king bedroom is simply beath-taking! The sunset view is just amazing! We definitely come back again
