The cleanliness of the rooms are excellent,the maids do a great job keeping things clean,the staff are very helpful and attentive,breakfasts are very good,the lady with blonde hair rani was really nice lady and would always be polite and courteous,she is a real asset to the hotel,overall my stay there was very good,thanks for your time in making my stay there a happy one.

"My complaint was that I booked a King bed room. When we checked in they put us in a queen room. I returned to the reception desk to say that we wanted a king room and the agent insisted that we had a king room. finally, I said if you want to go look, it is not a king bed. I had to argue with them ..."
