"When I got in I was at the desk for 15 minutes before someone greeted us. Pool was closed even though it was clearly operating. They put up signs to keep people out claiming “weekly maintenance.” They eventually opened up the pool for us but the jacuzzi jets were not working. I drove for hours and just wanted to relax. Staff was fighting, you could hear them behind closed doors. Thankfully I didn’t book this location for the hotel and had plenty to do but amenities were awful. Also smelled like cigarettes and mold."
