Our stay was great until the elevators stopped working. We had Sphere reservations and an Uber driver we almost missed due to elevators not working. When I called the front desk to advise they just said thanks for notifying them and ended the call. No apologies no resolutions. Luckily we had to take the stairwell down and not up
