1. The door to the safe in the room got stuck almost daily. When I entered my passcode it would display ERROR on the screen. I had to call the technician on four consecutive days. It never got properly fixed. 2. Elevators in building 3 are too hot - need a fan 3. In-room phone (room 3602) to reception not working well. All I heard were a word here and there. They can hear me but I only heard partially. 4. Cold & Hot water not mixing well. This can result in scalding burns. It has been a problem for months, as per other travellers’ comments. Needs urgent fixing. 5. Khalid, the manager, is very kind and helpful.

Everything was splendid! Breakfast until 5pm is a gamechanger!! But I couldn’t get the bidet working and I wish there was an actual eating table. Bed was comforting and service was top-notch.
