The staff was super friendly, everything from check-in, passing staff in the elevators, and halls, to check-out. Also, this is literally next door to DPAC, so if you are going to a show there, extremely convenient!

We loved our stay, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very well located, just across shopping and restaurants. The room was very clean and in general the hotel was in pristine conditions.
