Oyster Pond Vacation Packages

The actual building and pool area is amazing. The pool is new and the nicest I’ve ever been in. The staff is always cleaning. The issue is with the unit and the property manager Stacey. Initially we were assigned a unit that was not cleaned. Then we were given another unit. I Never met her. Wouldn’t speak with me on the phone. One of the bedrooms had no AC the entire week. She was aware of the situation and a maintamce person came to unsuccessfully fix it. Curtain rods broken. Broken soap dispensers. When we asked for toilet paper and supplies never came so we purchased our own. When we asked for a partial refund for the broken AC she responded to my messages through Expedia. She took days to respond to Expedia directly only to tell them no refund will be issued. Terrible host in every aspect.

We had a great condo, well furnished, beds were great, great view except for the railing being so high on the lanai. Also, cooking pans and knives could use an update. Waves are rough on this side of the island so you must travel to snorkel.
