Excellent customer service from counter staff. Also, excellent customer service from staff at your restaurant/bar above the counter check in/out.
Special mention to a young man who manned the midnight shift counter on 7/11/26. My husband and I, who are both seniors were having a hard time sleeping and breathing because of the elevation. At 1:00AM, we went downstairs for oxygen. We have never used oxygen before. This young man hooked us on the machine and after 15 minutes, we felt better. I did not get his name. He is a black young man. Thank you.

Coffee was good
Check in and valet awkward.
Asked for extra coffee pods three separate times and never got them. Couldn’t call anyone from the room. A coffee service in the morning was excellent.
Resort fee in the summertime seems silly, and the hot tub was cold
