The amount of time that the staff was available was very limited. However, they were pleasant and helpful when there. Breakfast was only okay. Would have been nice to have berries for the yogurt. The room itself was very small and the bathroom was awkwardly laid out and also very small. The bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Good location.

What a beautiful hotel in the best location in Bilbao. We chose the upgrade view and looked directly onto the Guggenheim and … The Puppy!
The location is perfect: Guggenheim across the street, Bilbao museum is a 5 minute walk, the funicular is 10 mins and old town is 15-20 mins walk along the riverfront.
The hotel is packed with clever art by Javier Mariscal.
