I was in Placentia for work and stayed at Castle Landing. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcome. The hosts were friendly, accommodating, and made sure I had everything I needed. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and quiet, making it easy to relax after a busy day. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and would gladly stay there again the next time I'm in the area.

I was not impressed with the breakfast being served on paper bowls, and using one time use plastic knives and forks. The milk at breakfast was warm and the margarine and honey containers have been stored incorrectly, as the margarine literally just poured out of the container as did the honey.
I just spent three weeks on the road using small B&B establishments and five star hotels. And yours was the first to use plastic knives and forks.
Probably won’t go back to Hampton if this is a chain wide decision.

"We were so excited to stay in a saltbox. Always wanted to. It was just as we had hoped. It was a great property right by the ocean. Nice and warm. Easy to access entry. Loved all the retro appliances. So comfy. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip or Robins other house"
