Room was great! Staff were extremely helpful and willing to sit down with us and give us a list of things to do, how to get around, and what areas to avoid. The breakfast was great, and the rooftop restaurant was delicious– a little pricey, but for a beautiful view and yummy food it was worth it.

Firstly, EVERY member of the staff was friendly, courteous, helpful, hospitable and eager to create a special experience for me, and from what I witnessed, for the other guests as well.
Breakfast was fresh, plentiful and of excellent quality.
The hotel is a classical building with a lot of personality and special touches. The bed was incredibly comfortable(Cocomat bed) and I consistently got a good nights sleep. I also felt very safe staying there.
The location couldn’t be beat. The Koukaki neighborhood is a culinary Mecca, plus all the major sites of Athens are in walking distance.
I hope I have the opportunity to stay there in the future!

The property and room was good. A door screen is necessary as mosquitos enter the room and annoy sleepers. Front desk service was not warm; had to call a number to have someone come to check us in and the lady was very blunt and neither informative or welcoming in the least; no details available ...

It was great if you have children - which we don't. There is a lot for them to do. The views from sea view rooms are great. And it's nice it has its own beach. The food was plenty, but not really good. We probably should not have stayed in an all inclusive.
