Observation Point Tours and Activities

The property was in an excellent location in walking distance to many restaurants, shopping, and town square. The hotel itself was only average and the floor should have been wet mopped and the parking was limited. We found the staff to not be very friendly but they did answer our questions.

My only area of feedback would be around noise, walls and ceiling are thin where you could hear other travels at all times. Otherwise, great experience!

Rooms were immaculate. Staff was friendly and always ready to help. Located only a few minutes walk from downtown Jackson.
