"During my recent stay at Seven Clans Hotel, the fire alarm went off repeatedly between approximately midnight and 2:00 a.m. (around midnight, 1:00 a.m., 2:00 a.m., and several additional times in between). While I understand that alarms can malfunction or be triggered accidentally, what was most concerning was the lack of communication or direction from hotel staff during the situation. At no point did anyone provide instructions such as asking guests to remain calm, exit the building, or letting us know when it was safe to return to our rooms. It appeared that staff were either unaware of how to handle the situation or had not been trained to communicate during a potential emergency. Fire alarms understandably create anxiety for guests, and clear communication from staff is critical for both safety and reassurance. I was disappointed in how the situation was managed and would strongly encourage the hotel to review its emergency response procedures and ensure staff are properly trained to guide guests during situations like this."

"The condition of the hotel has is terrible. The bathroom sink was cracked with a hole in it. The comforter on the bed was terribly stained and burn marks on the pillowcases. There were lots of people hanging out outside. I would never stay again."

"No, both rooms stunk. One worst thst the othet. Rm # 125 & 127. I booked two rms. On thursday night I was told my room numvers. Had a check for Thurs and Fri. Fri night no room was reserved. Put me in 214, room stinked and AC wasn't working. Moved to 127. Terrible disgusting smell. If there was a upgraded hotel in the area at 12:30 in that morning, i would have taken my business else where. The sheets on the bed in 127, my sister and I changed them. The fabric was knotted up and looked wore out, not to mention the smell. I am 69 and this place was the worst hotel i"

"The check in was fast and easy, as was the check out. Desk staff were very nice! We had a problem with oit waterheater not being on and one call and 5 mins later 2 nice maintenance men were there and it was good as new! Great customer service! The only drawback was the pull oit sofa mattress was not comfortable at all! I put a bunch of blankets on it to help pad the springs but still couldnt sleep on it. Time for a new foam variety? "
