I recently stayed at the Prince Arthur Waterfront Hotel & Suites and had an excellent experience from start to finish. The first thing that stands out is the location. Situated directly on Thunder Bay's waterfront, the hotel offers beautiful views of Lake Superior and the Sleeping Giant. Waking up each morning to that scenery was a real treat and made the stay feel special. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. Every interaction I had, whether at the front desk or with housekeeping, was pleasant and professional. It's clear that customer service is important here. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout my stay. Housekeeping provided fresh towels daily and kept everything spotless. After a long day of exploring the city, it was always nice to return to a clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was included with the stay and, while not extravagant, it was more than adequate and represented excellent value. There was enough variety to start the day off right without having to leave the property looking for food. Another advantage of this location is the number of nearby dining options. There are plenty of restaurants within easy reach, ranging from quick casual meals to excellent fine dining establishments. Whether you're looking for a quick bite or a memorable dinner overlooking the waterfront, you'll find plenty of choices nearby. What impressed me most was the overall value. Place is clean, huge parking lot, restaurant in the hall. When we stopped they had a maintenance of the far elevator so my trip with the luggage was quite long.

Small pillows on the bed and I was on the ground floor with an unfrosted window in the bathroom that was on a Main Street, not great for privacy.

Clean and good breakfast

Excellent customer service the staff went above and beyond for us. The only problem was there was no pressure for the water in the shower.
