Great central location, could easily walk to most all points of interest in Porto.
Apartment was spacious, very clean with comfortable beds and nice linens. The A/C was a welcome relief since our stay was during a major heat wave. Management was responsive and helpful.

We did not stay at Lenscape coterie as it was undergoing renovations and therefore not open. We were relocated to another hotel in the group Torel Saboaria where we had a wonderful room. The breakfast was superb we had lunch and dinner which were equally as good as breakfast. We cannot thank all the staff enough as everyone was so kind, helpful and attentive even to the point of providing gluten free pancakes at breakfast.

This is one of our all-time favorite places to stay! Perfect location. Steps from Santa Cristina and many restaurants. The rooms were ver comfortable and well appointed. Very updated and comfortable. The outside terrace was divine! Youropo team was very welcoming helpful and responsive! 5th floor was easily accessible with 2 elevators! Stay here!!!!

"I booked 1 night at this hotel. When I entered the room I noticed that the bathroom had extensive mould/damp on the bathroom ceiling. I was moved to a new room. In the a different room, however I noted there were stains on the floor. When I informed reception, I was told it ’s probably just coffee. ..."
