"Everything needed for a get-a-way was right there. It was unseasonably cool so we had to switch air to heat. That too was so smooth. The property was convenient to all shopping and restaurants and also The Myrtles. This house was everything anyone could need. We were very happy with the price. Would stay here again."

"Although the staff was amazing, the manager is not. I asked for a partial refund. The manager somehow charged me for an extra day and when I asked for it to be taken off and for a partial refund, it took over 2 weeks to have the extra charge taken off. No partial refund. I was never contacted by the manager, even though I called almost every day and send emails. I only spoke with the staff at the front desk. One of them was able to get the extra charge taken off, NOT the manager. The room was filthy. Our bed was dirty, stains on one of the sheets, some wierd particles on top of the sheets, dead bugs around and the air filters was so bad that when you open it, stuff would fall out of it. Everything was booked in the area. This was las resort and I will not make that mistake again. Staff was very friendly. Manager is MIA and useless Room is discusting If I would have been contacted by someone, I would not have made this review."

"Very nice and informative staff. Wonderful tours - took history and spooky tour. We stayed in Williams Winter Room inside main plantation house - very clean. Absolutely love all the animals around property. Coffee shop and staff there was wonderful. Charles was an awesome tour guide!!! Will definitely be back again!!!"

"This is an absolutely beautiful setting and a wonderful place for a getaway. The host is very responsive to all questions. "

"Was pleasantly surprised at how nice the cabin was. I was looking for something different than the hotel/motel stay. It was very comfortable and so cutely decorated. Host responded quickly when the hot water didn’t work. It was a very simple fix. The tankless hot water heater had accidentally got turned off by putting towels in the cabinet. Shower was amazing after that. Property was quiet and peaceful. No tv which was so nice and made us go to sleep at a decent hour instead of watching tv all night. I will definitely stay again if in the area."

"Yes, cabin was cozy. No toilet paper spiderwebs everywhere no dish detergent to wash dishes no television except videos that you install which were all horror movies we wanted a romantic getaway no access to the water barbecue grill eat half-and-half. Had a great day though."

"The property was clean and themed nicely. Small toiletries (soap, lotion, etc.) were provided. Kitchen had a stocked Keurig which was nice along with tea and a kettle. The property owner was very nice and responded to messages and questions very quickly. Keep in mind that the home sits right on a busy road and neither upstairs bedroom has a door, so bring ear plugs! Also, the claw foot tub in the (only) bathroom does fit the theme but it is quite a climb to get up into and the hot and cold knobs are reversed (hot is cold and cold is hot) - same for all of the sinks. "
