« We brought our 10 year old and two 3 year olds and had a great time! One block from the street car line, making the travel into town super easy and cheap. Great location and great time! »

« The place was an alright place to stay, especially for the price. The floors are uneven and the dishes available were lacking, there were not enough for us to eat. The couch is needing updated and the beds are not the most comfortable, but not the worst we have ever slept on. There was lots of room for us to spread out, which was nice. We did see a cockroach while we were there, but I believe it is typical in the area. »

« Genesis was a great host! Communication was top notch the entire time from the start of the booking to check out! Property is in a central location that’s easy to access!! Keep in mind that there is quite a bit of traffic on the main road all night, but that’s much of New Orleans. Overall it was a nicely appointed house, clean, & close to 2 grocery stores. Our stay was short so we didn’t get the full experience, but I would likely stay there again if needed. »

« Our group enjoyed our stay at this property. The description and pictures of the house were accurate. Our group of eight particularly liked the front sitting room where we could all sit and visit. The house is located in an historical area of Arabi and we felt safe staying there. Be aware that another apartment could be rented above your space during your stay which was the case during our stay. Voices, sounds (music) and footsteps are easily picked up on the main floor. »
