The outlets barely worked. Only one that worked was by the bed. It smelled like mold. There was mold growing on the bottles of shampoo. Fridge smelled, and the TV wouldn’t work. The elevator didn’t work on the ground level. Luckily a kind gentleman helped with my luggage to the second floor.

Service was great. Property needs updated, mostly the bathrooms. Cheap materials, all the showeres are gross, gross appearance as if no one cleans them...despite me going to purchase cleaning solutions it still appeared to be dirty.

Decor was nice. The iced water was welcoming.
Front desk agents were friendly and helpful.
Negatives- bathroom floor wasn’t very clean. The corners of the floor were “gunky”.
No hot water in sink. Couch bed was reserved but had to go downstairs for bedding. Mattress was gross. Yellow Stains and dark spots. A zip mattress bag would be good there.
