Great place to stay! We had a good time. Hotel was at capacity, so patience was required when using facilities like the indoor pool due to restrictions (10 person max), but most guests were very courteous.

Staff was super friendly. Check in and out were a breeze. The room was clean and modern. If you like to sleep with a pillow, bring your own otherwise you’ll have no neck in the morning. We had two beds in our room and took the pillows from that bed but it was still flat. If your looking for fluffy or newer towels because it’s a HYATT hotel, bring your own. All the bath and hand towels are worn out and are fraying at the stitching. Due to COVID, the elevators were a joke. On a Saturday 1 out of 3 was servicing 16 floors of the hotel. There are 4 markers on the floor but some patrons only want 2 people in the elevator. So keep that in mind. Location is walking distance to attractions. If your driving, your better off to leave your car in the parking lot for the duration of your stay, you won’t find a spot when your back.

Wow! Was the first word i heard from the kids. They loved the settings of the apartment. We will stay here again mommy when we are coming back in Ottawa.
