Bathroom has no lock in flat 203, they didn’t even provide handwash liquid soap. Curtain half broken in living room and dining room. Limited utensils. Heater not so effective.

Loved the location and size of the property. Only recommendation would be to add a separate dryer. The combo didn’t dry and hanging them to dry is not ideal when you’re vacationing.

Cons: Property is old and in need of updating. I was in building 15 and the FLOORS creak so badly it wakes everyone up. No good if you have babies and no good when everyone is tired. All furniture shows wear and staining. The showers don’t drain and are hard to figure out and one shower super tiny. No directions for anything. The microwave/stove unlike anything I’ve seen so I had to get help. Directions would have helped. Pros: staff is awesome. Location is perfect. I had plenty of heat and lots of natural light. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms. They supplied soap lotion hair products, soap for dishwasher, I would go there again if they updated everything but the floors were so bad we tip toed to be quiet at night and it would crack and creak THAT needs attention.

"On the night we were staying the hotel had to cope with a power cut covering quite a large area surrounding it. They dealt with it very well and served us all a perfectly acceptable menu of cold items. All the staff were positive and helpful and created a very friendly and fun atmosphere….well done ..."
