« This property was incredible! The location was right in the heart of the old historic center and was easy to find, easy to get our luggage to, without too many steps! The communication from the host was very detailed and they accommodated our early check in request. « It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all. »

« This place was great. The manager helped us out on all aspects she is a 5 star host. She really went out of her way to help out. Apartment is super clean, had a chance to workout in the gym and run down and get an expresso in the morning. I highly recommend this place to anyone, it was great. »

« Very nicely located property. 5-8 minutes to the water. Less than 1 km to train. Very competitive price. Only complaints, as they may be important to some renters. 4th floor walkup is 80 stairs to unit. Could be too much for some. Would've thought there would be instant coffee. Some would want tea. It's not there. Otherwise a great stay. All in all, these are minor issues unless they are deal breakers for you. They weren't for us »

« We absolutely loved our stay at this property. The view from the deck overlooking Lake Como is so stunning, we sat outside every morning just taking in the lake and mountains! The private dock was INCREDIBLE, we could jump into the lake whenever we wanted and cool off during the hot summer weather. The rooms were nice, the home has a lovely vintage vibe that feels extremely authentic and very Italian. The washer/dryer in the bathroom was awesome and a great amenity. Our only “con”: this unit...

« Excellent location and very close to town and restaurants. There is an incline to get to the property if you are walking from the train station which is only 7-10 mins. However, it is not that bad. The property is easy to access. There are a few items that needed repair while we stayed. there are no toiletries in the apartment so make sure you have enough shampoo and soaps. Also we had ants everywhere in the apartment. It was not a big deal. We just placed all of our food in the refrigerator....

« Appartement bien décoré , fonctionnel ( manquait juste une couette et une table basse ) très bien situé à 2 pas du duomo du Como. Très bonne communication avec le contact Abritel , procédures d’entrée très claires . Nous avons passé un très bon séjour de 2 nuits , le seul bémol était de ne pas trouver la place de parking gratuit comme cela était stipulé dans l’annonce… »

« Logement tout à fait correct. Il s agit d un appartement et non d une maison. Attention il y a beaucoup d escaliers pour atteindre le logement et la piscine qui est assez éloignée. Nesso est un peu excentré mais heureusement le service de bus est pratique et peu cher pour se rendre à Bellagio et Côme. L epicerie au centre du village est top ! »
