Arrival - at 8pm all looks nice. The atrium is impressive. Hard to find as has multiple names so google and maps is different to the booking… weird. Only one receptionist who is absent for 20+ mins. She’s lovely, it’s not her fault as I’m sure she was working elsewhere, but why only one receptionist. No other staff even in the vicinity! Room 1 - awful. Smells of pungent, putrid, toilet / drains. I’m not soft with this stuff - I use many a public toilet but it was unbearable stench. The room itself was tired and beat up.. not talking dated decor..I can deal with that.. it had - mouldy bathroom. Just needs ripping out and redoing. Room 2 - better but not great. So after my shock of the smell I asked to be moved but they could only accommodate this for one night as fully booked. Second room was better, still had a whiff about it but acceptable. However, knowing what I paid for my windowless room, this ‘upgrade’ assumedly more expensive would not have been worth it. Service - receptionist 1 - brilliant and did everything she could to help me despite being run off her feet. Receptionist 2 - couldn’t care less. Receptionist 3 - again lovely and very apologetic. These staff are over worked. For the size of the hotel there’s simply not enough people. Location - great for a gig at the arena as can walk back but then that also makes it overpriced. Breakfast - nice enough and lots of choice My advice - stay somewhere else.

Really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. Some small changes could have made big difference, such as no on in the front to help with luggages, and they have at some stairs to get to the reception. Also There is no AC, on fan at night sometimes it got hard to breath. Other than that, i loved the design, location was great, staff was very helpful.

First night was a bit warm and the fan couldn’t reach the window area to help bring in the outside cooler air. No extra fans available. Also, not many outlets for plugging in items. Property was clean and the use of the washer and dryer was a great benefit.

Property was clean, well planned. Reception helpful if asked any questions. TV in room was every basic, and sometimes had poor picture quality (though not a big factor). WiFi good.

This apartment is wonderful for travelers with car who love to live in a bigger unit with some cooking needs for comfortable eat. The unit is clean. Staff is helpful. It'll take 10 minutes walk to train station and supermarket next to the station. Surrounding is peaceful without city noisy.
