Museum of the Cariboo Chilcotin Tours and Activities

Extremely Disappointed with Management I was extremely disappointed with the management and their lack of communication. No one informed me in advance, by text or email, about the planned power outage. I was not even advised at check-in. There was no electricity from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.last saturday , which prevented me from enjoying the facilities I had paid for, including the pool and jacuzzi. It is very disappointing to see such a lack of communication and transparency toward paying guests. Guests should be informed in advance about planned power outages so they can make an informed decision about their stay. Unfortunately, this experience left me very dissatisfied, and I would not return to this hotel.
