The property view and the amenities were spectacular. The rooms were spacious and luxurious. The view from room O was delightful at all times of the day. It did not matter that the property was a little far away from Lugano, the shuttle took us into the city so that we could dine and shop. Would love to stay there again.

Super breakfirst and first class dining menu with a keen interest in healthy diets. Great local wine lisst. The pool is big and the area is nice to take a day to stay by.

The staff were great and the hotel has big rooms! The only thing is that the prices for a water (CHF 4) AND breakfast (CHF 35/person) are way expensive. You better eat somewhere else. ;)

The food service was amazing, one of the best breakfasts anywhere, so many high quality options. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. Room was small but well designed. Only there one night but would stay there if we ever get back
