This was a great stop before our cruise! The staff was so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. And the room was clean, roomy and renovated! I would definetely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay overall and the location was beautiful and peaceful. However, there are a few things that I feel need improvement, especially when it comes to security. The entrance door does not have a lock, and the outside gate remained open all night, which made us uncomfortable because it seemed like anyone could walk directly into the village/property.
We also had issues with some of the amenities. The deck lights did not work at all, which made the outside area very dark at night. The mini pool also was not working properly; only the lights worked.
We still enjoyed our family vacation and the property itself has a lot of potential, but better security and making sure all of the advertised amenities are working would make the experience much better.

"Hotel was great but a little outdated. Pool was not cleaned everyday and the beach area was not attended like it should have been. The young lady at the front desk that took care of me was awesome. Her name is Patricia. She sent me a birthday cake to my room and that was a great surprise. Gracias ..."
