We were greeted by Riley at reception, who is professional, well-presented and helpful. The room was clean, tidy, and faced an entertaining point of the green. We enjoyed the pool. Unfortunately, the shower switch was broken, meaning only the bath was available for refreshing upon return to the room. Additionally, the power point on the window side of the bed is broken: the switch doesn't turn off and when I put my charger into the socket there was a pop. There was also a peculiar scent about the room when we arrived. We were disappointed room service wasn't an option. Overall, a pleasant stay that we enjoyed. 3½ stars out of 5\. Many thanks to all staff who keep the resort running.

Room was loverly with a great view over the beach , unfortunately the weather was bad and no swimming possible . Friday night they have a great Latin music night with a great bunch of locals attending. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with a great variety of food. Staff at the front desk very friendly and helpful.

The toilet and bathroom. Has long black hair on it. Right near the spa there was a white jelly bean. The pillows were absolutely awful. Soft as anything. You had to fold them up to sleep. And the ln the beds were only doubles

The drinking glasses were not washed properly. Full of soap. The hotel also lost power for 5 - 6 hours around 9 pm until 2-3 am and we were not notified or informed/ even a simple apology during checkout .we had to sleep without the air con in the humid QLD weather. Location was great.
