"This place had everything to be a great stay, but it’s terribly maintained. We spent the long weekend there and from the moment we arrived we were told there was no internet and we would get a 20% discount on our stay. I asked about this and multiple times staff confirmed they would refund 20%. They also said it would be fixed in 24h, then another 24h and so on. It wasn’t fixed, and I am still waiting to get my money back."
