« Loved our stay at Priest Cottage. Very impressed with how well appointed it was - lots of towels, dishes, nightlights and 3 bathroom sinks. The location, right on the water, is lovely- we sat outside and had coffee and breakfast. Communication with tge owner was easy, and they were very responsive. »

« This home as was unique and as gorgeous as we had hope for! Right on the canal where we fished with a lot of luck. Lots of fish..Ducks ..turtles. seagulls..and even a muskrat. House was clean and smelled great. Beds are comfy and cozy..and we all slept great with the central AC. They have a range of board games such as SORRY...Monopoly..Scrabble etc. The view is amazing from both the deck and the balcony. The neighborhood is clean and in the heart of downtown near ice cream...

« Comments: We spent 5 nights in this spacious home. It is located right next to many attractions in Sylvan Beach. Its on a dead end street so no vehicle or pedestrian traffic. The HVAC system is awesome. It was hot outside but very comfortable inside. I had family staying nearby in a different house and their HVAC didn't work very well. We lost power sometime during a storm and there was no disruption of anything electrical inside. The only way I knew we lost power was because the generator...

« This stay was for my daughters college graduation. We’ve been staying at various hotels and rentals in the area. Has we found this spot 4 years ago we would have stayed here during every visit! Just perfect!!!! Property is a new resort area with lots to do including use of a pontoon boat for your stay! House was beautiful, clean and has everything! »

« The owners replied promptly to allow early check in. We were so grateful to enter this modern, spotlessly clean bungalow. We like the decor - plenty of sturdy furniture. Kitchen is wonderful. Sylvan Beach was fun on cold windy spring days. We walked the beach. Very few rentals were open off season so we were grateful for this cottage.We were stumped a bit by the heating remotes. We got the living room unit going, but ended up leaving doors open into the bedrooms during the day for heat to...

« They supposedly didn’t know we were coming, there was a mouse in the toilet, the floors had not been swept, they had a bunch of food and in the freezer and fridge, liquor had been out, no wifi or service, the bed sheets were dirty, no curtains on any of the windows, the doors and ALL windows were unlocked when we got there but the didn’t know we were coming? »
