We had a clean room with comfortable beds and a surprisingly large bathroom. Lying in bed, we could see the spire of the Abbey! Check-in before the walkway was smooth, and they allowed us in about an hour early. We also took the option to pay additionally for late checkout. There was coffee and tea in the room for morning and ample extra bedding and pillows. The staff was extremely helpful and kind during both checkin and checkout.

The parking instructions were a little confusing for us so we ended up double paying when we first went to the shuttles, and then went to check at the hotel.
