"The parking garage was hard to navigate with unclear signage to find the way out. Asked to park out in the top parking lot and was told I had to park across the road which is a very busy route. The room had worn lampshades, the bath tub stopper did not work so could not take a bath for $275 stay! And the room was all the way around at the very end of the corridor farthest away from the main entrance. Asked for a different room but was not accommodated. Would never stay here again. Had very little staff on premises. Door code did not work so had to walk all the way back to reception to get that problem fixed. Very poor service."

"The only thing I like was the staff everyone was nice. The game room was beautiful but our hotel room the shower was disgusting and the hot tub had black stuff flying out of there. I will not ever go back there because the shower is important and the shower was so dirty. It’s looking very rundown. They need to clean the hot tub really bad."
