Hotel was lovely and clean / breakfast and the restaurant serve very good food highly recommended. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff who are very professional. The surrounding area is quiet but nice and within easy reach of Hannover Centre. My only comment is the the single business rooms are not so in keeping with the rest of the hotel and need some updating. However rooms are clean and functional. If i were to stay again i would go for a double room to get a bigger bed.

I would book this hotel again. It was well priced and in a very convenient area for travel. But there are two things that stick out: 1. The hotel room door didn't fully latch shut when I left for an hour. When I came back the door was visibly open. Luckily my room was further away and I was only out briefly. So the chance for someone to go into my room was limited. But it's still concerning. Nothing was missing. You need to make sure the door is fully shut, with a lot of force. 2. The WiFi policy is kind of odd. Only one device per room could connect at a given time. So if you have multiple devices (e.g traveling with a phone, tablet, and a laptop) or multiple people, not everyone can use the WiFi at the same time. Unless you pay extra. You have to log in and log out.
