"This was an amazing property. First I would like to start with the staff, best staff I have ever came across. You will feel right at home and receive Chick-fil-A customer service from everyone. The property 10/10. I made this choice for my girl 40th birthday and she was blown away. I give the food 8/10, some dishes were fair and some were great, depends which restaurant you visit and what you order but plenty of options. The pool and the beach very nice also, no sea weeds this visit and nice sand. We also did events with the hotel that was extremely fun, highly recommended. The night life could have been better for an all adults location but overall this was a great property and we will return and visit there other properties. Very romantic and Highly recommended. And don't forget to book dinner on the beach with the hotel. That was also 5 stars. Hope my review helped your decision. "

"This is an excellent hotel, rooms are incredibly clean. the restaurants are very varied, with good food always available. the wait staff is very attentive with your orders and any other needs. The entertainment team is excellent, especially Jilver and July. The shows are very, very entertainment , and the there is always something to do. The bartenders Rosa Maria and Isael are very attentive, and airways there when you need them. I highly recommend this hotel. This is excellent."

"Everything was great about the resort. The entertainment was very good at night. The service was spectacular. Definitely bring dollars to tip. It wasn't overly crowded and had a great spot on the beach. They make you feel special. The food was not the best. It looks like they have all the ingredients to make everything, they just dont really know how to make it. One of many examples, I ordered a French toast for breakfast which is offered. They brought me toast topped with some slices of brie, strawberries and condensed milk. We also ordered the salmon ravioli one night (also on the menu) and they brought a piece of cream cheese wrapped in smoked salmon....that isn't a ravioli. Again we had a lot instances of this to the point that we were trying to decipher what on the menu would actually come out correctly or be cooked well (why overcook lobster!?). Someone just needs to come in with actual cuisine experience to guide how all of the restaurants are preparing and cooking food. "
