The staff were all so impressive and genuinely a caring team. The restaurant servers were very attentive. In particular, Veronica and Fernanda at the front took great care of us . It made such a difference to combine a beautiful historic property with superb service . The best experience and I’m sure we shall return someday.

"Never was able to stay there. Host said there was no reservation. I was at the security gate wanting to check in. And it is not in safe area as well and the taxi had left already. I had to scramble to stay at a new place. I would not recommend this place or host to anyone. He never even replied to ..."
