Unfortunately, my experience at the Royalton Grenada was pretty disappointing. The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was very inconsistent. Some interactions were fine, but overall, the hospitality just wasn’t there. There wasn’t much warmth or personality, and a lot of the time it felt like staff were simply doing their jobs rather than making guests feel genuinely welcomed or cared for. The food was by far the biggest disappointment. It was absolutely terrible. What made it even more surprising was that when we mentioned to locals that we were staying at the Royalton Grenada, several of them immediately knew about the resort’s reputation for having bad food and overall being a bad hotel. We didn’t even have to bring it up ourselves! That definitely told us our experience wasn’t an isolated one. If you choose to stay here, I would seriously recommend making plans to eat elsewhere whenever possible. The rooms were also pretty low quality and did not feel up to the standard I expected from a Royalton property. Overall, the resort itself may work for some people, but between the food, the rooms, and the lack of consistent hospitality, I personally wouldn’t recommend it.

Everything about our stay was perfect, staff was amazing Colleen was very responsive and helpful. Melissa was also a sweet heart. I would stay here again peaceful and an amazing view. 10/10

The Cinnamon Suites view is
amazing. The location is quiet and the beach is walking distance.
They have a shuttle that can take
you to Spiceland Mall which is also waking distance.
The staff is also very nice
