From this location I was able to easily navigate Berlin. The staff were also friendly, and helpful. However, my room had several issues that weren't resolved during the stay. The lights would not turn fully off, the desk lamp had no light bulb, the phone to reception didn't work, and the toilet would not flush. They attempted to resolve the issues, but they recurred. The staff did try their best, and I was given a few free drinks for the inconvenience. But at over 100 Euro a night, I at least expect to flush the toilet and control the lights.

This was a fabulous hotel! All the staff were super helpful and friendly — too many to name. Lovely spacious room and the laundry facilities were super helpful. In a great location also to many sites, transportation, the mall and restaurants. Will definitely be back! Thank you Mandala

Amazing stay, staff was super helpful very friendly the location is great for shoppong for restaurants and is centralized for museums, clubs and fun, very highly recommend

Excellent breakfast. Regret that there were no suitcase racks or bathroom slip mats available on request which are important for older customers. Very convenient for station and easy to visit the main sites of Berlin. Excellent lifts available. Recommended for a stay in Berlin.

Centrally located to the train station. Easy to get to historical sites. Room was clean with comfortable bed and pillow.
