« Hôtel récent, bien placé et proche de toutes commodités. Le séjour n’a pas très bien commencé car on devait avoir un canapé-lit pour nos enfants : il était bien là, mais pas déplié et lit pas fait. On a donc demandé du linge de lit à l’accueil et on a fait tout ça nous-mêmes… Chambre grande, avec une kitchenette. Le ménage et le changement de serviettes n’est pas fait tous les jours, il faut demander. On a eu un problème dans la salle de bain ; les lumières ne s’allumaient plus, et il a fallu...

« Our first room was so dirty that the floors in the bathroom had hair and fake lashes all over. The curtains had blood on them. The hide-abed mattress was stained with what looked like blood. And blood on the pillows. The room was marked clean. I would say not. Asked for a new room and when I went to check the door was unlocked and looked like someone had slept on the bed. Asked front desk to fix and wouldn’t fix for 2 hours so we had to stay in the other room. When they said it was clean we...

« Parking was fine, although the lot was small.The kitchen had a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, which was nice. I can't get beyond the skimpy, very squishy pillows. There were only 3 for our queen-sized bed. The pillow situation made for a not restfull night. »
