Macuarima Vacation Packages

Rooms were cleaned every day. Exceptional room for the price. The woman running the residence was constantly around for help with taxis and keeping up with room service. Everything on the property was super clean and it was a 5 minute drive from tres Trapi, palm beach, and only 15 to eagle. Would definitely stay here again.

This is my second time at barcelo and all in all it was a great trip. There are some things that do need to change because i can confirm a lot of the issues people have expressed on this page. Gonna start with the obvious positives and ill promise ill end it positive as well. Check in was super easy and the front desk lady was very pleasant. We ate at all four of restaurants seafood steak which was good, mexican which was outstanding, Italian was good and hibachi was very good. Breakfast was good and the lunch buffet was good as well. The dinner buffet was not great, less options and no flavor to a lot of the food. We enjoyed the pool and beach and how can you not you’re in aruba, but super dirty around the pool area and i wish they went back to the plastic cups, paper cups are too small and they were everywhere along with the straws. Band aids , cigarette butts etc both beach and pool. And why did they take away the beach tiki bar i came here years ago there was a circular beach tiki bar. The pool needs work as well cracks every where and my uncle stepped on a light cover that was detached from the pool and he placed it outside the rocks .Now i did know that the hotel is outdated but it was also outdated 12 years ago. Little things they could do is new garbage receptacles, soap dispensers , small furniture changes in the rooms, bathroom fixtures. I also had black mold above the bathroom sink. On my 6 day trip not once did i have new towels and had to call hospitality 3 time
