The hotel was overall beautiful and we had a nice view from our room. But what was advertised as a "junior suite" was just a normal hotel room with an ocean view and balcony. No other amenity in the room. Overall the wait staff was nice and accommodating. But the staff when you first check-in, most of them had no idea what they were doing and were not the friendliest. Asking for a simple receipt when I checked out, I was told I could not get one because I had "already checked out" and next time to ask for a receipt before I check out. I don't think there could have been a more ridiculous answer. Finally, while the drinks were good, can you actually put alcohol in them? People come to get a little tipsy and for a good time, not to drink the equivalent of water while having spent thousands of dollars.

The room was clean. The air conditioner was not working properly. Three trips over three days to the front desk and knowbody showed up to fix it so we gave up. The front desk staff and concierge were not helpful. They handed out restaurant menus that were from 2025\. We planned to enjoy a buffet one night. Only to find out that had not been offered in over a year. There is no airport shuttle but the taxis were great.
