The exterior of the building and hotel lobby are beautiful, but disappointing decor otherwise. The decor on floors leading to rooms is very disappointing as well room itself. View was a brick wall. Not what we expected of this caliber of a hotel. Breakfast had a good selection and friendly staff.

We had a lot of trouble when none of the appliances worked because of an electric problem and you had to be a brain surgeon to get the washer to work

Perfect service and location Only concern is the sound from next door or opening and closing door a little obvious

We chose this apartment for its proximity to Temple Bar. We were a family of four staying here for a few nights. Pros: Great location and very walkable to many restaurants and bars. There's a separate living room and bedroom. Looks out over the river. The rental company was pretty responsive and our room was ready early when we arrived. Has a washer/dryer combo. Cons: It was noisy at night and kept up the two people sleeping in the living room on the foldout couch. There's no AC. We didn't realize this when booking it. It wasn't too hot when we stayed but it's definitely a consideration if it's the height of summer. The washer and dryer didn't dry our clothes. We watched the demo video the rental company had on the app but the washer we had didn't match the one in the video and the controls didn't make sense. While there was plenty of room, there wasn't much space to sit down other than on the foldout couch and bed. We weren't in the room a lot, though, so it was fine.

Refrigerator didn’t work. QR code provided for appliance instructions didn’t work. Had to figure out how the hot water worked. Provided a stained duvet for couch pullout bed. Replacement linen was provided, but it was sheets, no blanket, and no pillow cases. Also, the linen was dropped off inside the apartment while we were asleep. We found that quite odd.
