Went with my family for Easter/spring break week! The staff was super friendly, the food was delicious (definitely better than the all inclusives we’ve gone to). And although it was on the smaller side, it made the experience more intimate/lowkey (which we enjoyed)!

For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.

Balcones del Caribe is a beautiful spot with an excellent location and easy access to the beach. The complex feels very safe, and the staff were always helpful when we needed general information.
My only concerns were about the condition of the village: the back door didn’t have a proper lock, the bathroom door wasn’t closing well, and the safe box wasn’t working during our stay.
Overall, it’s a lovely place with great potential—just needs a bit more attention to maintenance.

Well the property is really close to paradise , cause the mountain and the beach .the bungalows have cocaroches and no hot waters runnig good , they're staff is young and no too professional .look and feel like short staff on the buffet , from my point just training and costumer service class for tree months and everything going to be 5 start do not forget the roaches on the bungalows
