"We checked in expecting to be able to play our devices on the smart tv in the room. This was listed in the amenities section. It turned out the TV was not compatible and not connected to the internet. It wasn’t the one listed as an amenity. The ice machines were not working and not on every floor and only one elevator was operating. My wife is used to high standards at a Hyatt and was sorely disappointed with this location. It’s a tired old hotel. "

"There was leaks from the fridge, room was not cleaned correctly prior. Found beer in the fridge and a hair tie in between sheets. Obviously not properly cleaned. Only saw reception persons for less than 10 minutes when we checked in. There was people literally screaming untill 3-4am and nothing was done about it the whole time. Definitely will NOT stay there again. "
