Staying here was always a bucket list item for me. I grew up in Baton Rouge, and I always passed by this really tall hotel back then it was the Hilton. Staying here did not disappoint the room was clean, the beds comfortable, the location prime. The only thing I can ding this for was that some things like the elevators felt a little dated.

My stay was excellent from start to finish. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help. The amenities were great, and the overall atmosphere made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others.

Definitely found my new hotel for all Baton Rouge visits. Easy check in, clerks were SO polite. Hotel was the cleanest I’ve stayed in. Rooms were beautiful, great view. Beds slept amazing.

Marriott Baton Rouge The room was extremely clean and well maintained, which I really appreciated. However, the hallways had a noticeable, unusual smell and appear to be in need of a deep carpet cleaning and deodorizing. Another concern was the noise level. The windows did not appear to be soundproof, and even though I was staying on the 6th floor, I could hear a significant amount of highway traffic throughout my stay. Upgrading or improving the window sound insulation would make a big difference in the overall guest experience. Overall, the cleanliness of the room was excellent, but the hallway odor and significant outside noise took away from an otherwise comfortable stay.
