"Nice hotel, easy parking, well situated"
Positives: We chose this hotel and stayed 1 night because it was well located for our family visit to Bognor Regis. Very nice hotel. Well situated with easy parking. Our room was very clean and well decorated and comfortable. We booked a meal in the resturant for four people in the evening and the food and service was excellent! and breakfast was equally good. Plenty of everything. Negatives: When we arrived after a long drive to check- in, the desk was at the end of the bar in the pub. We were greeted by a gentleman who just said “Name” quite abruptly. A smile would have been nice! We felt very awkward because there was a couple trying to eat their meal right by this check in area and we had to try to squeeze past with our case and coats. We asked if we could move further down the bar out of the way of this couple eating. Not ideal at all!! need to move this table away from bar. We had quite a disturbed night because there was a dog barking most of the night. At breakfast we were asked if we slept well so we said we were disturbed by a dog barking to be told that it was in the hotel! When we went back up to our room we heard 2 dogs barking just opposite our room. We were not aware at any time that dogs were allowed in this hotel. We did know that guide dogs are accepted at this hotel but these were not guide dogs! If we had known then we would not have stayed there. The lady who spoke to us in the restaurant asked for our contact details and said she would get the

Lovely pub with a great atmosphere. The room we stayed in was looking very tired, especially the bathroom. I do think it is slightly over priced at £99 especially as it does not include breakfast.

"Lovely little single room"
The room was small but cozy, not crowded, perfect for a single traveler. Bed was nearly as comfortable as my bed back home and I slept like a rock every night. The bathroom is spacious, water pressure in the shower is a Godsend. Very little ambient noise in the hotel, nice and quiet. I put the DND sign up instead of taking room service every day and they left me a nice courtesy letter that told me how to get fresh towels regardless of no room cleaning that day. Staff is friendly, helpful, and second pillow was provided before I could even ask for one. View from my hotel window wasn't the best but the view just outside the hotel, and from the lobby and dining area, is absolutely lovely. Just across King's Road is the beach. Wonderful place, I'd love to come back to King's Hotel and Brighton.

"Clean and Good Value "
This is a good place if you want something clean and cheap. The staff are friendly and helpful and my room and bathroom were kept clean and teh bed was reasonably comfortable. This is not by any means a luxury hotel. The rom was small and the bed was a single bed. The shower was adequate but certainly not a power shower. I was visiting for a conference and it was perfect for that as I was only in the room to sleep and didn't need anything flash. It was a lovely (although quite long walk - just under two miles I guess) along the front to the Brighton centre but there is also a bus. Overall I would say it was perfect for my needs but don't go here if you are looking for luxury. It did have a four star sign on the wall and four star it definitely is not.

"Exceeded expectations. "
Great location but no hotel parking. Adjacent car park costs £7 per day (but only £1.20 per hour). it was very busy on Saturday afternoon but OK at other times, but this is not high season! Staff very friendly and helpful. The dinner and breakfast were both very good; good quality ingredients, interesting menu, and well presented Bedroom very clean, nicely decorated and good quality cotton bedding.

"Central Town Hotel "
The Hotel centrally located and of old appearance and decor. Room was comfortable and all facilities worked including a good WiFi connection. More attention is needed to direct guests to the parking which is hidden behind the hotel and guests need to be supplied with the key code to leave the parking lot. Ourselves and other guests were all queued in the pouring rain trying to get out of the car park at the end of the stay.
