Amazing spot! Great staff!

he Naxos Royal Taxi service we used while at this hotel was amazing! They also had an affiliation with an excellent laundry service called Mr. Bean – so affordable, fast, and efficient. There were two young male bartenders who were fantastic in the property’s bar! Unfortunately, there were some other staff—what appeared to be management—who would sit around a table in the open bar/restaurant area at night, giving off an unwelcoming vibe. When we came into the resort just before the bar closed at midnight, they would almost look us up and down as if we were some kind of alien inconvenience. At one point, my fellow traveller even had to say, “Hi! A hello would be nice!” Go to Three Brothers beside the resort for souvlaki- best we had on Naxos. Ervine “Vinny” is hilarious sandals welcoming! Tables in the sand! pool was cold. Room a tad small but nice balcony. cleaners banged on door, came into bathroom while I was in there after my partner them I was in there.

Very clean. Easy accessible to the beach, eatery, & shops.

The hotel is very beautiful and charming, but unfortunately, the hospitality was quite disappointing. From the check-in experience to the cleanliness of our room, the service did not meet expectations. I mentioned a few issues in the room to the staff upon our arrival, but they made no effort to resolve them. Housekeeping was also below standard—the room wasn’t cleaned properly, and the linens weren’t changed every two days as stated in their policy. Mornings felt unwelcoming, with staff appearing unhappy and not even offering a simple “hello” or “good morning.” There’s a strange, tense atmosphere that’s hard to ignore. It’s a pity, because the hotel itself is lovely and the breakfast was delicious. However, the staff all seemed stressed or sad, which took away from the overall experience.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mary was fantastic! She helped us make a reservation at dinner at Typografio and sold us the bus tickets! When we checked in early, we left our luggage with them and then went to the beach which was so close. The hospitality we were shown was simply outstanding and the overall experience was exquisitely impressive. We definitely recommend this for everyone. We travelled with our children and they had lots of space in the room with 3 beds. We will be back hopefully!
