Everything was ok; breakfast minimal and very basic. On the pro side: it was easy to find, beds were very comfortable, very quiet at night, felt fairly safe and the AC worked well! The bright welcoming atmosphere was lacking. The windows In our room appeared to be painted for privacy or another reason. End result - would stay there again because of the price

Our room was cleaner than most-thank you, Rosa! The breakfast was very good and well stocked. I left an article in the room and the front desk was very helpful and accommodating.

So, the staff were very nice. The hotel itself was clean and our room was okay. However. 1) The AC in our room was taped around and did not cool the room down. We had it on the lowest temperature and highest fan setting (yes on cool) and it still did not cool the room down enough. 2) The head board on our bed had upholstery that was literally falling apart and flaking off. 3) We had a long drive and we're excited to use the pool and hot tub. We could not use the hot tub. There was a man drinking an entire 24 pack of beer who was hogging the entire hot tub and did not get out at any point. We waited a good 20-30 minutes and he just kept drinking with children present, putting the cans on the edge of the hot tub, and taking phone calls. This was extremely disappointing.
