The food does not meet 5-star hotel standards—certainly not those of an "Ultra All-Inclusive" resort. At breakfast, there are no yogurts or high-quality pastries, and the variety is lacking. Dinner is nothing short of embarrassing; it falls far short of 5-star quality. The selection is very limited, and the flavors are extremely basic. Quite a few things are missing... As for room service—you have to request it, and even then, the service is very basic. In short, the place is nice, but there is room for improvement. To me, it felt like a mediocre 4-star hotel, nothing more. It has a lovely pool and a good location—though a car is definitely necessary.

Very nice staff, flexible breakfast. Very accommodating. Not in the city center and the street is not the best. There is parking in front. Its just not a 5 star but i would recommend.
