Great view the host was wonderful he helped us with everything We will go back The only downfall is bugs and lizards. However, you are in the rainforest and you do keep your windows open with the view can’t complain. loved it!!

Room was in good condition. Staff were extremely friendly and courteous and worked as best as they could within a the many flaws of the hotel. Ice machine broken, bar unmanned, room service every other day, ineffective communication between room and front desk (had to use WhatsApp) no tv (had to use your personal streaming like Netflix) and when it wasn’t working, no maintenance available until 11:00 pm that night. No food available at beach front bar on the first day. Shout out to Jamal who went over and beyond to accommodate for the flaws and made the stay bearable. Sad to see such a previously prestigious site in this condition.

No shops nearby it’s on a back road the phone doesn’t work in room doors connecting to other rooms refuse to close bath tub not clean mold around the bath tub faucet pipe is coming loose television refuses to work WiFi was awful couldn’t get some ice either barely any staff the place needs to be updated
