Loud rooms. Neighbor blared music all day. Showers need updated heads. The main pool and grotto were drained and closed but still had resort fees like it was open. They never stated anywhere it was closed.

Clean rooms, great front desk friendly service very helpful. Location is good although for seniors with knee and walking problems the beach is a far walk, we thought Henderson was right on the beach - NOT -
