A boutique hotel in Tim Hau, very close to the metro and to Victoria Park! The rooms were spartan but spacious and very clean! The staff were very helpful and gave lots of directions and recommendations, when asked.
The breakfast service was a little spotty, as it normally opens later (8:30) and the people in charge of the restaurant (not affiliated with the hotel but linked by contract) were late opening 2 of the 4 times we ate there. However, there are lots of good restaurants in the area which can serve as alternatives.

The room is spacious and the shower water pressure is very comfortable. The staff are courteous and considerate. It is very effective to communicate with the front desk through WhatsApp / WeChat. The location is convenient for dining and shopping.

The staff, service and the rooms were excellent and decently appointed. They allowed us to check in early as the rooms were available and even helped us to store our luggage when we went to Macau for a night, checking out. The location is a li'l far away from the bustling city markets but they do have free shuttles that we used to get to the Central. Definitely recommended!

The hotel was located at a very central part of Hong Kong , close to all transport facilities , restaurants and supermarkets.
The room was very bright and quiet.
The staff were very helpful and friendly.
One particular staff member stood out. his name was Tom and he was the doorman. He helped to make our stay very memorable by helping carry luggage to our taxi and assisting with directions. We hope he will be there on our next visit to Hong Kong. All in all a very pleasant stay.
