Nice hotel. Great customer service. Has a wonderful and peaceful beach on the lake. You can go on kayak, included on reservation. Nice pool. Comfortable beds. AC works like a charm. Everything is quite delightful except for the food. Expensive and not that good. (Breakfast is OK, but lunch/Dinner menu not so much)
I Do recommend this hotel. I'd definetely go back. (half hour trip from Airport or to tikal)
