"Reception is on 8th floor, so you need to use a lift. If a lot of people arrive at same time eg a coach party), you can wait a long time just to get in a lift! Rooms are very small with nowhere to store clothes. Everywhere is clean though and hotel is close to team and trains"

"The choices at the breakfast were already very limited but at 8:40am even all the cheese and fruit was gone! Asked the staff and they said that an earlier group had taken it all. Here's a free tip to the hotel staff: don't let earlier guests wipe out the breakfast buffet, reserve some for the later ..."
